The price you pay includes all of the above. It also includes operator training. FP machines are designed to be easy to use but everyone can do with a helping hand.

Once you are up and running with your franking machine we don't stop there. We provide a free telephone help line (no premium rates, call centre or automated telephone menu assault course) and a standard 4 hour callout on machine breakdowns.
