The Optimail 25 franks up to 25 letters a minute and has a large back-lit display that makes it very easy to use.

This franking machine is an excellent choice for multiple users. It administers up to 3 different cost centres and stores up to 6 different customised logos that can be called up at the press of a button.
Text messages can also be used to pass on messages to your customers.

As with MyMail, Optimail 25 uses the TELESET service (postage via modem) so you don't need to make time consuming trips to the post office.

Cost reports can be printed directly from the machine and the Optimail 25 can be connected to a variety of 3kg, 5kg, 10kg or 30kg postal scales.
