How do I add funds to my Teleset account?
By far the easiest way to pay is by direct debit or BACS on a monthly basis. Alternatively you can pay by credit card or by cheque. We can advise you on this when we set up your teleset account.
What is the balance on my Teleset account?
The link below will take you to the FP Mailing website where you can enter your pin number* and find your current balance.

How do I load credit on to my franking machine?
Loading credit on to your FP franking machine is simple to do but varies slightly from machine to machine. Select your machine below to download the instructions:

Will I be charged for downloading credit on to my franking machine?
No, this FP service is completely FREE of charge providing you set up a direct debit and do not reset more than 12 times a year. If you pay by credit card there is small service charge.
Be Aware: Some franking machine suppliers charge £12 for every reset. For customers who reset monthly this becomes very expensive. Also, some other makes of franking machine use a premium rate phone line so the charges are applied to the phone bill not the franking machine account.
